I will never be able to say enough good things about the Perch! Every single detail was welcoming, cozy, peaceful and dare I say, LUXE! It was a perfect mix for Jake's desire to be outside and my desire to be at a spa. Sleeping in the trees sounded like the ocean was gently crashing all around us. Laughing by the fire then walking across the bridge to the comfiest bed made us feel like bougie Tarzan and Jane. I. Was. Here. For. It. And I didn't even mention the wine, charcuterie board, chocolate, fresh eggs, bacon, coffee, milk and cream and oj waiting for us upon arrival. I mean yes, give me nature, but give it to me with a stone shower and a waterfall shower head, ya know! If you are in Nashville, or if your not, GO! You will not be disappointed.

This treehouse (Perch) is magical. Hands down one of our favorite bed and breakfasts ever! We hope to book again one day and look forward to visiting Kyah's other (Houndcock Collection) properties. This property has it's own special charm. It's obvious that each detail has been considered. We also loved the surprise scones, wine and charcuterie box. Super comfy all around...Five stars. A magical, absolute dream. Thank you a million. This teacher need a relaxing getaway and reset.

My husband and I did an overnight stay here for our anniversary and it was just what we were hoping for! A quick ride just outside of town, a unique stay experience, private and fun! We grilled steaks, enjoyed to firepit, and wine and slept great. The complimentary treats and breakfast items were delish. The bed was super cozy and the treehouse was so cute. I would definitely recommend!

My my, what to say about the Perch. From the time we pulled up the long driveway we felt like we were transported to a fairytale. Everything in the design was made to bring you joy and relaxation. We really appreciated the snacks and food left for us, they came in handy for a rainy afternoon brunch. Lounging the robes looking out into the forest while it rained was amazing. WE absolutely loved our 48 hours at the Perch and found it bittersweet when it was time to check out. Kyah was a fantastic host and extremely responsive to any questions we had. Would 100% come back.
