Perch is a minimalist, Scandinavian-inspired suite in a wooded canopy. We are located on 21 acres in rural Ashland City but only 12 miles away from Downtown Nashville. Spend a night on the town and be back to the treehouse in 15-20 minutes or never leave the Perch at all! Perch is outfitted with all you need to tuck away for a night or a long weekend. The fridge is stocked with complimentary breakfast staples, coffee, chocolate, and cooking essentials.
Perch is powered by solar and all the water is collected via a rainwater collection system. This is an effort to sustainable enjoy all the modern luxuries in an eco-friendly way. Welcome to Perch, the newest property in the Houndcock Collection.
